Obama On The Iraq War

Keep in mind when he always says " I didn't vote for the war" or " I didn't support the war" he wasn't even able to vote at that time. He was in the middle of running for office. He makes it sound like he made such a wise decision. Well, he wasn't even a Senator which is why he changed his line from "I didn't vote" to "I didn't support the war". People had caught on that he wasn't eligible to vote.

Obama's Pastor Slurs Italians

Obama's Pastor Slurs Italians in Latest Magazine

March 26, 2008

(CNSNews.com) - Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., pastor emeritus of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago where Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) has been a member for two decades, slurred Italians in a piece published in the most recent issue of Trumpet Newsmagazine.

"(Jesus') enemies had their opinion about Him," Wright wrote in a eulogy of the late scholar Asa Hilliard in the November/December 2007 issue. "The Italians for the most part looked down their garlic noses at the Galileans."

Wright continued, "From the circumstances surrounding Jesus' birth (in a barn in a township that was under the Apartheid Roman government that said his daddy had to be in), up to and including the circumstances surrounding Jesus' death on a cross, a Roman cross, public lynching Italian style. ...

"He refused to be defined by others and Dr. Asa Hilliard also refused to be defined by others. The government runs everything from the White House to the schoolhouse, from the Capitol to the Klan, white supremacy is clearly in charge, but Asa, like Jesus, refused to be defined by an oppressive government because Asa got his identity from an Omnipotent God."

Every issue of the magazine published last year included Wright's column, "The Message," in which he covered a range of subjects, including his views on other African-American churches as expressed in his April 2007 commentary "Facing the Rising Sun."

"In a world that is controlled by white supremacy, in a country that is on its way to hell in a hand basket because of lying politicians, in a culture that still thinks 'white is right' and with young people who do not have a clue as to our story, our history, our legacy or our destiny, we still have African-American Christians who are more concerned about 'bling bling' than about freeing our minds," Wright wrote.

In a nationally broadcast speech on March 18, Obama distanced himself from Wright by saying he "condemned, in unequivocal terms, the statements of Reverend Wright that have caused such controversy." But Obama also said, "I could no more disown him than I could disown the black community."

According to his federal income tax return for 2006, Obama gave the Trinity United church that year $22,500 in contributions.

The Clinton campaign has not commented on the controversy, but in an interview Tuesday with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) said actions speak louder than words.

"He would not have been my pastor," Clinton said. "You don't choose your family, but you choose what church you want to attend.

"You know, I spoke out against Don Imus (a radio talk show host who was fired for making racially insensitive remarks about black female basketball players at Rutgers University), saying that hate speech was unacceptable in any setting, and I believe that," Clinton said.

"I just think you have to speak out against that. You certainly have to do that, if not explicitly, then implicitly by getting up and moving," she added.

Trumpet Newsmagazine started publication in the 1980s in Chicago and distribution expanded in March 2006 to several other cities, with broader circulation through subscriptions. On the magazine's masthead, Wright is named as the magazine's CEO and Wright's daughter, Jeri Wright, is the publisher.

Requests for comments from Jeri Wright, the magazine's marketing staff, and the Obama campaign were not answered by press time.

The last Trumpet to be published was the November/December edition, a double issue that featured a remembrance of "Pan-Africanist" Hilliard and a profile of Louis Farrakhan, who was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement "Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter" award at the magazine's 25th anniversary gala late last year.

Farrakhan has called Judaism a "gutter religion" and said Jews are "bloodsuckers," as reported in The New York Times.

Trumpet Newsmagazine also included myriad articles and regular features geared toward the black community, ranging from health, parenting, music and the arts, to profiles of successful members of the community and tips on everything from dating to spiritual well-being.

Many political observers have said that Obama's speech last week limited the damage of the ongoing Wright controversy, but others say the issue is continuing to hamper his campaign.

"I don't think it's going to go away," Ralph Reed, a long-time conservative activist and political strategist who now runs Century Strategies based in Duluth, Ga., told Cybercast News Service.

"Because while Obama's speech was thoughtful and eloquent, it didn't address the central issue, and that's why he would have someone as such a close spiritual advisor with such extreme views," Reed added.

"Let me be clear," Reed added. "I don't think any candidate should have to answer for the theological views of their pastor, church or denomination. But (Wright's) were not theological views, but political statements."

"I think it's more likely to be a serious issue in the general election, more than in the primaries," Reed said.

Obama's Lies Check List

Article About Obama

Something to think about, an article by a Black Columnist.

Ken Blackwell - Columnist for the New York Sun
It's an amazing time to be alive in America. We're in a year of firsts in this presidential election: the first viable woman candidate; the first viable African-American candidate; and, a candidate who is the first frontrunning freedom fighter over 70. The next president of America will be a first.

We won't truly be in an election of firsts, however, until we judge every candidate by where they stand. We won't arrive where we should be until we no longer talk about skin color or gender.

Now that Barack Obama steps to the front of the Democratic field, we need to stop talking about his race, and start talking about his policies and his politics.

The reality is this: Though the Democrats will not have a nominee until August, unless Hillary Clinton drops out, Mr. Obama is now the frontrunner, and its time America takes a closer and deeper look at him.

Some pundits are calling him the next John F. Kennedy. He's not. He's the next George McGovern. And it's time people learned the facts.
Because the truth is that Mr. Obama is the single most liberal senator in the entire U.S. Senate. He is more liberal than Ted Kennedy, Bernie Sanders, or Mrs. Clinton.

Never in my life have I seen a presidential frontrunner whose rhetoric is so far removed from his record. Walter Mondale promised to raise our taxes, and he lost. George McGovern promised military weakness, and he lost. Michael Dukakis promised a liberal domestic agenda, and he lost.
Yet Mr. Obama is promising all those things, and he's not behind in the polls. Why? Because the press has dealt with him as if he were in a beauty pageant.
Mr. Obama talks about getting past party, getting past red and blue, to lead the United States of America. But let's look at the more defined strokes of who he is underneath this superficial 'beauty.'

Start with national security, since the president's most important duties are as commander-in-chief. Over the summer, Mr. Obama talked about invading Pakistan, a nation armed with nuclear weapons; meeting without preconditions with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who vows to destroy Israel and create another Holocaust; and Kim Jong II, who is murdering and starving his people, but emphasized that the nuclear option was off the table against terrorists - something no president has ever taken off the table since we created nuclear weapons in the 1940s. Even Democrats who have worked in national security condemned all of those remarks. Mr. Obama is a foreign-policy novice who would put our national security at risk.

Next, consider economic policy. For all its faults, our health care system is the strongest in the world. And free trade agreements, created by Bill Clinton as well as President Bush, have made more goods more affordable so that even people of modest means can live a life that no one imagined a generation ago. Yet Mr. Obama promises to raise taxes on 'the rich.' How to fix Social Security? Raise taxes. How to fix Medicare? Raise taxes. Prescription drugs? Raise taxes. Free college? Raise taxes. Socialize medicine? Raise taxes. His solution to everything is to have government take it over. Big Brother on steroids, funded by your paycheck.

Finally, look at the social issues. Mr. Obama had the audacity to open a stadium rally by saying, 'All praise and glory to God!' but says that Christian leaders speaking for life and marriage have 'hijacked' - hijacked - Christianity. He is pro-partial birth abortion, and pr omises to appoint Supreme Court justices who will rule any restriction on it unconstitutional. He espouses the abortion views of Margaret Sanger, one of the early advocates of racial cleansing. His spiritual leaders endorse homosexual marriage, and he is moving in that direction. In Illinois, he refused to vote against a statewide ban - ban - on all handguns in the state. These are radical left, Hollywood, and Sa n Francisco values, not Middle America values.

The real Mr. Obama is an easy target for the general election. Mrs. Clinton is a far tougher opponent. But Mr. Obama could win if people don't start looking behind his veneer and flowery speeches. His vision of 'bringing America together' means saying that those who disagree with his agenda for America are hijackers or warmongers. Uniting the country means adopting his liberal agenda and abandon ing any conflicting beliefs.

But right now everyone is talking about how eloquent of a speaker he is and - yes - they're talking about his race. Those should never be the factors on which we base our choice for president. Mr. Obama's radical agenda sets him far outside the American mainstream, to the left of Mrs. Clinton.
It's time to talk about the real Barack Obama. In an election of firsts, let's first make sure we elect the person who is qualified to be our president in a nuclear age during a global civilizational war.

Unconvinced by Obama’s Wright Speech

Unconvinced by Obama’s Wright Speech

By: Edward I. Koch

Barack Obama’s speech last week addressing his 20-year relationship with his radical pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, was very well done, yet unconvincing.

Obama sought to explain that relationship and why he could not end this close association, despite the minister's hate-filled rhetoric. He said, “There will no doubt be those for whom my statements of condemnation are not enough. Why associate myself with Rev. Wright in the first place, they may ask? Why not join another church?”

Yes, those are the questions that people are asking.

Many of Rev. Wright’s incendiary statements are on videos sold by his church. Minister Louis Farrakhan, a friend of Rev. Wright with whom he traveled to visit Muammar Qadaffi in Libya, also makes his sermons and those of others associated with the Nation of Islam available for sale. Their attacks on the U.S. and Israel often coincide with those of Rev. Wright.

Rev. Wright’s sermons charge that the U.S. government gives African-Americans drugs, created AIDS, and is deliberately infecting blacks with that disease. His sermons claim that the U.S. unjustifiably nuclear bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II, and that 9/11 and the deaths of 3,000 Americans were caused by U.S. foreign policy.

He alleges Israeli state terrorism against the Palestinians; calling Israel a “dirty word” and “racist country.” He blames Israel for 9/11 and supports the divestment campaign against it, denouncing “Zionism.” His venomous thoughts are summed up in his most discussed sermon in which he says the U.S. government “wants us to sing God Bless America. No, no, not God Bless America. God damn America. God damn America for killing innocent people.”

Sen. Obama in his speech acknowledged that the rantings of his minister are “inexcusable,” but stated, “I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother — a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.”

Before we discuss his grandmother, let’s examine the impact of Rev. Wright’s statements on the senator’s two daughters. Nothing says it better than a song from the musical “South Pacific,” to wit, “You have to be taught to hate and fear…You’ve got to be carefully taught.” Few dispute that Rev. Wright’s sermons are filled with hate. Why didn’t Obama stand up in the church and denounce his hateful statements or, at the very least, argue privately with his minister? It was horrifying to see on a video now viewed across America the congregation rise from the pews to applaud their minister’s rants.

Now to Obama’s grandmother. There was a time spanning the 70’s to the mid-90s when many blacks and whites in large American cities expressed the same feelings on street crime held by Obama’s grandmother. Indeed, the Rev. Jesse Jackson made similar comments in 1993 at a meeting of his organization, Operation Push, devoted to street crime. According to a Nov. 29, 1993, article in the Chicago Sun Times, he said, “’We must face the No. 1 critical issue of our day. It is youth crime in general and black-on-black crime in particular.’ Then Jackson told the audience, ‘There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved . . . After all we have been through,’ he said. ‘Just to think we can’t walk down our own streets, how humiliating.’”

Isn’t that exactly what Obama’s grandmother was referring to? To equate her fears, similar to Jesse Jackson’s, with Wright’s anti-American, anti-white, anti-Jew, and anti-Israel rantings is despicable coming from a grandson. In today’s vernacular, he threw her under the wheels of the bus to keep his presidential campaign rolling. For shame.

What is it that I and others expected Obama to do? A great leader with conscience and courage would have stood up and faced down anyone who engages in such conduct. I expect a president of the United States to have the strength of character to denounce and disown enemies of America — foreign and domestic — and yes, even his friends and confidants when they get seriously out of line.

What if a minister in a church attended primarily by white congregants or a rabbi in a synagogue attended primarily by Jews made comparable statements that were hostile to African-Americans? I have no doubt that the congregants would have immediately stood up and openly denounced the offending cleric.

Others would have criticized that cleric in private. Some would surely have ended their relationships with their congregation. Obama didn’t do any of these things. His recent condemnations of Wright’s hate-filled speech are, in my opinion, a case of too little, too late.

It is also disturbing to me that Obama’s wife, Michelle, during a speech in Wisconsin last month, said, “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country, because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.”

Strange. This is a woman who has had a good life, with opportunities few whites or blacks have been given. When she entered Princeton and Harvard and later became a partner in a prestigious law firm, didn’t she feel proud to be an American?

When she and the senator bought their new home, was there no feeling of accomplishment and pride in being a U.S. citizen? When her husband was elected to the state legislature and subsequently to the United States Senate, didn’t she feel proud of her country?

Obama was asked if he thought his speech changed any minds. He replied he didn’t think so, and certainly not of those who weren’t already for him. A more important question is, whether his 20-year relationship with Wright has done lasting damage to his candidacy.

We will soon know.

"We were told"~Written By A Typrical White Person

*When the news released information that Obama went to a Muslim school, we were told it was a lie and he went to a fine Catholic School.

* When Obama took off his lapel pin of the American flag were told that he was electing not to wear "that pin" that they had worn since Sept 11th. because he was going to show us he was patriotic.

*When pictures emerged of him during the National Anthem of him standing without his hand over his heart, we were told we were just reading things into it and that it is an option to put our hands over our hearts.

* When the news released information about Obama and Rezko's affiliations, we were told it was a lie and only worked for the Rezko case for 5 hrs.

* When we heard Michelle Obama say " for the first time in my life I am proud to be an American" we were told we misunderstood her and she meant because she doesn't like the present administration.

* When Michelle Obama's Racist Thesis was released, we were told it was just something she wrote as a kid and " you know how kids say things".

* When pictures emerged with Obama in his muslim wear, we were told it was a smear on Hillary's part and he just was visiting and in traditional clothing. No mention was made to a different picture, in different Muslim clothing that his brother released of him with the family.

* When word came out that his Grandmother was Muslim, we were told by Obama that she was Christian even though she said she is Muslim. Silly Granny was probably just confused, right?

* When Obama's Church gave Ferrakhan a life time achievement award, we were told that it is just guilty by association.

*When it was reported that Obama is friends with William Ayers, the pentagon bomber and even his spokesman said " they are friendly" we were told guilt by association.

* When the video's came out of his racist, anti American pastor were released, we were told this was his former pastor and he had retired and we didn't understand all the good this Church had done.

* When we watched Obama in an interview about the videos, we were told he was never in the church or heard the rantings. of the pastor but 2 days later in a speech he admitted he heard the rants and racist comments, we were told his speech was like Abe Lincoln. Very Presidential.

* When he came out and gave a speech on race to explain why he sat in a church and listened to these racist sermons and we were told Wright was like Obama's Uncle and were walked through 500 yrs of slavery and listened as he threw everyone under the bus, even his grandmother, but never once answered why he still sat and listened to the racist, anti-American venom for 20 years. We were told this was an Abe Lincoln type of Speech. Bravo!

*When the interview came out and Obama had called his Grandmother " a typical white person" we were once again told we misunderstood him.

At what point will the excuses stop and Americana's will open there eyes to his man.

Lou Dobbs On Obama's Pastor

Obama can say what he wants but all the excuses and lies won't condone why he has sat in this Church for 20 yrs. The only reason he suddenly retired was so that Obama and the news media can say " former pastor". Well let's see how long he will stay retired if Obama manages to fool the American People and win the race. Listen what Lou Dobbs has to say about it.

Obama's Muslim Family Album

Obama and his Muslim family. Aren't they a fine looking group of "typical black people"?

Obama & Wright Typical Black People

Can I say that, or am I a racist if I say " typical Black people"? I am right? Where's Jesse Jackson, where's Al Sharpton? Are they going to sue me?

Well, Obama says his grandmother is a "typical white person" and it's not considered racist, so I guess now things have changed and we can say things like this and not be labeled racists. Look how far we have come. Thanks Obama and yes, you ARE a typical black person!

Obama Gives A "Shout Out" to his Pastor

Obama gives a "shout out" to his "friend", his racist, American hating pastor.

If you listened to his speech yesterday he not only threw everyone under the bus, but he made it a point to say he thinks of the pastor as family and compared him to his "white grandmother". What an insult to his own grandmother who raised him for 11 years and footed the bill to send him to the best/most expensive school in Hawaii.

This video let's you know that he is very close to his pastor.

Obama on His Christianity & His Pastor

Well today Obama is going to try to lie his way out of this one. He gives a speech on "race" today. Let's see what his team of speech writers can come up with.

He will have to address the issue of his pastor. He can't write off someone whose church you've attended for over two decades - who married you and your wife and baptized your children - as a “crazy old uncle.” Not when he’s cursing our country and accusing us of terrorism. Wright built the Trinity United Church of Christ. When he was hired there in 1971 it was a small church. Now he has built it into a huge congregation of racists. It’s his church, and Obama’s attendance of it is a tacit endorsement of Wright’s message of hatred and racial division.

There’s just no way around that.

Obama Lies About Pastor

This is a great article. Obama is caught in a lie. Of course he was aware of these hate sermons!

Obama Attended Hate America Sermon

By: Ronald Kessler Article Font Size

Obama claims he was completely unaware that the Reverend Wright’s trademark preaching style at the Trinity United Church of Christ targeted “white” America.

Contrary to Senator Barack Obama’s claim that he never heard his pastor Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. preach hatred of America, Obama was in the pews last July 22 when the minister blamed the “white arrogance” of America’s Caucasian majority for the world’s suffering, especially the oppression of blacks.

Senator Obama has sought to separate himself from his pastor’s incendiary remarks, issuing a statement Friday rejecting them as “inflammatory and appalling” but failing to renounce Wright himself for his venomous and paranoid denunciations of America.

In his press release, Obama claimed, “The statements that Rev. Wright made that are the cause of this controversy were not statements I personally heard him preach while I sat in the pews of Trinity [United Church of Christ] or heard him utter in private conversation.”

Appearing on cable news shows this past weekend, Obama claimed when he saw recent videos that have Wright making such comments as “God damn America,” he was “shocked.” Obama implied that the reverend had not used such derogatory language in any of the church services Obama attended over the past two decades.

If Obama’s claims are true that he was completely unaware that Wright’s trademark preaching style at the Trinity United Church of Christ has targeted “white” America and Israel, he would have been one of the few people in Chicago to be so uninformed. Wright’s reputation for spewing hate is well known.

In fact, Obama was present in the South Side Chicago church on July 22 last year when Jim Davis, a freelance correspondent for Newsmax, attended services along with Obama. [See: ”Obama’s Church: Cauldron of Division.”]

In his sermon that day, Wright tore into America, referring to the “United States of White America” and lacing his sermon with expletives as Obama listened. Hearing Wright’s attacks on his own country, Obama had the opportunity to walk out, but Davis said the senator sat in his pew and nodded in agreement.

Addressing the Iraq war, Wright thundered, “Young African-American men” were “dying for nothing.” The “illegal war,” he shouted, was “based on Bush’s lies” and is being “fought for oil money.”

Obama’s most famous celebrity backer, Oprah Winfrey began attending Wright’s church in 1984. Last year, Newsmax magazine reported that Winfrey abruptly stopped attending years ago, and suggested that she did so to distance herself from Wright’s inflammatory rhetoric. She soon found herself a target of Wright, who excoriated her for having broken with “traditional faith.”

The Reverend Wright’s anti-white theology that Senator Obama expressed surprise over is evident on the church’s website. The site says the congregation subscribes to what it calls the Black Value System, which is described as a disavowal of “our racist competitive society” and the pursuit of “middle-classness.” That is defined as a way for American society to “snare” blacks rather than “killing them off directly” or “placing them in concentration camps,” just as the country structures “an economic environment that induces captive youth to fill the jails and prisons.”

“In the 21st century, white America got a wake-up call after 9/11/01,” Wright wrote in the church-affiliated magazine Trumpet four years after the attacks. “White America and the western world came to realize that people of color had not gone away, faded into the woodwork or just ‘disappeared’ as the Great White West kept on its merry way of ignoring black concerns.”

The Relationship Unravels

Senator Obama now is attempting to minimize his long and close relationship with the controversial minister.

On Friday, John McCain’s campaign distributed a Wall Street Journal op-ed “Obama and the Minister” written under my byline based on my reporting for Newsmax going back to early January of this year.

The op-ed included details of a sermon Wright gave at Howard University blaming America for starting the AIDS virus, training professional killers, importing drugs, shamelessly supporting Israel, and creating a racist society that would never elect a black man as president. [See: “Obama’s Minister’s Hatred of America.”]

Obama’s campaign quickly responded to the Wall Street Journal op-ed, posting a statement on the Huffington Post. In his statement, Obama acknowledged that some of Wright’s statements have been “inflammatory and appalling.”

Saying he strongly condemns Wright’s comments, Obama continued, “I categorically denounce any statement that disparages our great country or serves to divide us from our allies. I also believe that words that degrade individuals have no place in our public dialogue, whether it’s on the campaign stump or in the pulpit. In sum, I reject outright the statements by Rev. Wright that are at issue.” [emphasis added]

Again, Obama moved to narrowly distance himself from specific comments Wright had made, while still praising his minister in recent interviews for leading him to Jesus and preaching a “social gospel.”

Obama went on to claim that he first learned about Wright’s controversial statements when he began his presidential campaign. But this assertion conflicts with the fact that just before Obama’s nationally televised campaign kickoff rally on Feb. 10, 2007, the candidate disinvited Wright from giving the public invocation.

At the time, Wright explained: “When [Obama’s] enemies find out that in 1984 I went to Tripoli” to visit Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi with Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, “a lot of his Jewish support will dry up quicker than a snowball in hell.”

According to Wright, Obama then told him, “'You can get kind of rough in the sermons, so what we’ve decided is that it’s best for you not to be out there in public.'” Still, Obama and his family prayed privately with Wright just before the presidential announcement.

Apparently Obama never foresaw Wright’s sermons making national television or becoming a sensation on YouTube. But lending graphic detail to the saga, ABC News and other networks began running a 2003 sermon in which Wright said, “The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible, for killing innocent people ... God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.” [Click Here to see video]

Obama has described Wright as a sounding board and mentor. Wright is one of the first people Obama thanked after his election to the Senate in 2004. Obama consulted Wright before deciding to run for president. The title of Obama’s bestseller “The Audacity of Hope” comes from one of Wright’s sermons. Obama’s “Yes We Can!” slogan is one of Wright’s exhortations.

Apologists for Wright have said that what he says is normal in black churches, and many blacks claim such preaching cannot be understood by whites.

“If you’re black, it’s hard to say what you truly think and not upset white people,” the New York Times quoted James Cone as saying. Cone is a professor at Union Theological Seminary and the father of what is known as black liberation theology.

But Juan Williams, a Fox News commentator and author of “Enough: The Phony Leaders, Dead-End Movements, and Culture of Failure That Are Undermining Black America,” tells Newsmax that Wright’s sermons reflect “the victim mindset that is so self-defeating in the black community and one that is played on by weak black leadership that chooses to have black people identified as victims rather than inspiring them as people who have overcome. In posing as victims, they say the most prejudiced and vicious things, not only about whites but about America. They call it theology. In fact, it’s nothing but bigotry.”

In failing to condemn Wright himself and claiming that he was unaware of the preacher’s hate-filled speech, Obama is continuing a longstanding pattern.

Obama often refers to Wright as being "like an old uncle, who sometimes says things I don't agree with." Wright is not Obama’s “uncle” — a person born into a blood relationship — but a man he has cultivated for decades as a close friend, mentor and adviser.

After Newsmax broke the story on Jan. 14 that Wright’s church gave an award to Louis Farrakhan in December for lifetime achievement, Obama again sought to denounce his minister’s action without criticizing Wright himself.

Like Wright, Farrakhan has repeatedly made hate-filled statements targeting Jews (calling Judaism a “gutter religion”), whites, and America. He has called whites “blue-eyed devils” and the “anti-Christ.” He has described Jews as “bloodsuckers” who control the government, the media, and some black organizations.

After the Newsmax story, Obama issued a statement purportedly addressing the issue.

"I decry racism and anti-Semitism in every form and strongly condemn the anti-Semitic statements made by Minister Farrakhan," Obama said.

Again, Obama was careful not to condemn Farrakhan himself or Wright who had spoken adoringly of Farrakhan and put their church behind the award to the controversial Nation of Islam leader.

“When Minister Farrakhan speaks, black America listens,” Trumpet quoted Wright as saying. “His depth on analysis [sic] when it comes to the racial ills of this nation is astounding and eye-opening. He brings a perspective that is helpful and honest.”

Obama adroitly said, “I assume that Trumpet magazine made its own decision to honor Farrakhan based on his efforts to rehabilitate ex-offenders, but it is not a decision with which I agree.”

In fact, Trumpet is published by Wright’s church using the church’s offices. Wright’s daughters serve as publisher and executive editor.

Having gotten away with sidestepping Wright’s adoring comments about Farrakhan, Obama told Jewish leaders flatly in Cleveland on Jan. 24 that the award was because of Farrakhan’s work with ex-offenders. To date, no news outlet has pointed out that Obama’s claim is false.

Obama went on to explain away Wright’s anti-Zionist statements as being rooted in his anger over the Jewish state’s support for South Africa under its previous policy of apartheid. As with his claim that the award to Farrakhan was made because of his work with ex-offenders, Obama made that up. Wright’s statements denouncing Israel have not been qualified in any way.

On Fox News’ Hannity & Colmes on Friday, Obama said he would have quit the church if he had “repeatedly” been present when Wright made inflammatory statements. He was not asked why he did not quit the church when it gave an award to Farrakhan.

Having considered Wright a friend and mentor for two decades, Obama now often mentions that his pastor recently retired. Wright suggested to the New York Times last year that he and Obama might have to do something of a distancing act in the run up to the election.

"If Barack gets past the primary, he might have to publicly distance himself from me," Wright was quoted by The New York Times. "I said it to Barack personally, and he said, ‘Yeah, that might have to happen.'"

Obama's Pastor's Comments

If you sit and listen to Obama's pastor talk, you have to question why Obama would sit and listen to this racist maniac scream his vile words.

Then think of his wife saying "For the first time in my life I am proud to be an American", it really makes you want to sit back and wonder how the hell could this man be convincing people to vote for him. What sane person would even consider voting for a man who has sat and listened to this man for 20 yrs.

Take a look at some of his pastor's vile statements and see if you still believe Obama's new lies that he is claiming he hadn't heard the pastor talk like this before.

Statements Obama's pastor has made:

* He told the followers that the US Government created AIDS as a genocide to kill Black people.

" Why do people hate on Barack? Barack doesn't fit the mold. He's not White, he's not rich & he's not privileged"

(maybe no one told him he is 1/2 white, his wife earns almost 3/4 of a million per year, and being he attended the most exclusive private school for 8 years in Hawaii which was paid for by his white grandparents, and he attended two Ivy League Colleges. I would say that is privileged)

* " Hillary ain't never been called a Nigger"

* " The Government gives Blacks drugs, build bigger prisons and then passes the 3 strikes law and wants us to say God Bless America, No No No No God Damn America"

(Now who in their right mind would stand up and say something like this to their followers? And Obama listens to this? No wonder he has surrounded himself with people who think the government OWES them)

"They will not only attack you if you point out what's going on in white America in the US of KKKA"

(And Obama brought his kids to listen to this? This is why generation after generation of kids continue to have this attitude. They are STILL being taught that white people are horrible and that the white Government owes them)

He also doesn't like Blacks who aren't like him. How does he feel about Condi Rice or Colin Powell?

" They live below the sea level of Clarence Colon and Condemnesia"

(Nice! He says things like this because they consider themselves Americans and aren't always proclaiming their Blackness.)

What did he say after Sept. 11th? Well he believes that we were responsible for it.

* "We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki & we nuked thousands in New York & we never batted an eye. We have supported state terrorism of the Palestinians & South Africans & and we are indignant? Because the stuff we have done overseas is not brought back into our own front yards. Americans the chickens are coming home to roost."

*We've be given excuses for why his wife has made her anti American comments.
*We've been given excuses for why he still is "friendly" with someone who bombed the Pentagon.
*We've been given excuses about his relationship with Ferrakhan
*We've been given excuses why he has been photograped in Muslim outfits. Which they were talking about one picture, but they never talked about the picture of his own Muslim Brother holding a picture of Obama and other family members in muslim wear.
*We've had this man shoved down our throats by CNN & MSNBC and by most of the media.
*And now we hear Obama claiming he didn't know about any of these comments. I think it is very clean that Obama is NOT the person that so many think he is.

And Obama recently was quoted saying " I don't think my Church is particularly controversial".

Obama's racist Pastor Jeremiah Wright

Incase you haven't had enough of this vile man's nonsense. Here's another video.

Obama's Pastor Says "God Damn America"

Obama has come out now and is claiming that he hadn't heard his pastor say things like this before and if he had then he would have denounced it. He is making sure that everyone knows that the pastor has retired. What a coincidence!

CNN was on damage control now trying to get voters to believe that this was an isolated speech and that it was one of this last speeches. Well unless this man changes his African dress multiple times during a speech, then it appears that it is on many occasions, not just one isolated case.

Obama is clearly lying. This pastor has not suddenly changed. His racist ideas and anti American and vile comments obviously have been spewing from his mouth his entire life. So you have to wonder what sort of man would sit and listen to this type of rant for over 20 yrs?

Obama had him marry him. He has him baptize his children, he has traveled with him, he used Wright's speech "Audacity of Hope" to write his book. So I'm thinking that Obama was extremely close with him.

Now that the video's have been released and the public is responding negatively to the pastor's views, suddenly Obama "wasn't aware of the pastor saying these things".

Surely no sane person would believe that!

Ridin' Dirty: Obama's Pastor Attacks Hillary & Bill Clinton

Obama wants to brush this off as no big deal and saying he doesn't agree with some of the messages that he says.

A friend of mine lives in Canoga Park California. She can no longer shop at Rite Aid because no one speaks English anymore and since she is not Mexican, they won't even try to help her and just ignore her. Who has handed this country over to these people? I know one person who has and that is Obama.

I think we should send this to Obama because if it keeps up the way it is going and no one stops this man we'll either be speaking Spanish, some Islamic gibberish or we will all be dead.

Well, here is one of Obama's supporters, Farrakhan. Listen to this man speak. This is some scary stuff, don't you think?

Obama has Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, his racist pastor Wright and Ferrakhan all in bed with him. Oh and let's not forget he has Jesse Jackson's son working for his campaign.

Wake up America and vote against Obama or we are turning our country over to a bunch of loud mouthed racists.

Obama Talks About How Muslim Countries Will Welcome Him More

This video is interesting. Obama starts off by talking about how his family lived "over seas" and says he lived "Over seas". But then as he goes on, he comes out and says his family lives in a Muslim country and he lived in a Muslim country so because of this people in the Middle East will trust him more. Interesting.

Whether you are talking about Obama's Pastor, Jeremiah Wright, or you are talking about the racist Farrakhan, or listening to this one, they all sound the same. Obama Minister's Hatred of America

Obama Minister's Hatred of America

By: Ronald Kessler

In a sermon delivered at Howard University, Barack Obama’s longtime minister, friend, and adviser blamed America for starting the AIDS virus, training professional killers, importing drugs, and creating a racist society that would never elect a black man as president.

The Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., pastor of Obama’s Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, gave the sermon at the school’s Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel in Washington on Jan. 15, 2006. While snippets from the sermon have appeared in a few magazines, no news outlet has previously run the entire text of Wright’s diatribe. An audio recording of the sermon appears on YouTube.

Raising his voice in rage, Wright began his sermon by saying, “Fact No. 1: We’ve got more black men in prison than there are in college. Racism is alive and well. Racism is how this country was founded and how this country is still run. No black man will ever be considered for president, no matter how hard you run Jesse [Jackson] and no black woman can ever be considered for anything outside what she can give with her body.”

Omitting fact No. 2, Wright thundered on: “Fact No. 3: America is still the No. 1 killer in the world. We invaded Grenada for no other reason than to get Maurice Bishop [a Grenada revolutionary who seized power in 1979], invaded Panama because Noriega would not dance to our tune any more. We are deeply involved in the importing of drugs, the exporting of guns, and the training of professional killers. We bombed Cambodia, Iraq and Nicaragua, killing women and children while trying to get public opinion turned against Castro and Qaddafi.”

Wright continued: “Fact No. 4: We put [Nelson] Mandela in prison and supported apartheid the whole 27 years he was there. We believe in white supremacy and black inferiority and believe it more than we believe in God. Fact No. 5: We supported Zionism shamelessly while ignoring the Palestinians and branding anybody who spoke out against it as being anti-semitic.”

His voice rising, Wright was on a roll: “Fact No. 6: We conducted radiation experiments on our own people. They’re just finding out about that. We care nothing about human life if the ends justifies the means. Fact No. 7: We do not care if poor black and brown children cannot read and kill each other senselessly. We abandoned the cities back in the '60s when the riots started and it really doesn’t matter what those nations do to each other; we gave up on them and public education of poor people who live in the projects . . .”

Wright went on: “Fact No. 8: We started the AIDS virus, and now that it is out of control, we still put more money in the military than in medicine; more money in hate than in humanitarian concerns. Everybody does not have access to healthcare, I don’t care what the rich white boys in the Senate say. Listen up: If you are poor, black and elderly, forget it.”

Concluding, Wright said: “Fact No. 9: We are only able to maintain our level of living by making sure that Third World people live in grinding poverty. And fact No. 10: We are selfish, self-centered egotists who are arrogant and ignorant and betray our church and do not try to make the kingdom that Jesus talked about a reality. And — and — and in light of these 10 facts, God has got to be sick of this s***.”

Meeting with Jewish leaders in Cleveland on Feb. 24, Obama described Wright as being like “an old uncle who sometimes will say things that I don't agree with.” He rarely mentions the items of disagreement.

Obama went on to explain away Wright’s anti-Zionist statements as being rooted in his anger over the Jewish state’s support for South Africa under its previous policy of apartheid. As with a previous claim that his church gave an award to Louis Farrakhan because of his work with ex-offenders, Obama made that up out of thin air.

Wright’s statements denouncing Israel have not been qualified in any way.

As for Wright’s repeated comments blaming America for the 9/11 attacks, Obama has said it sounds as if the minister was trying to be “provocative.”

Hearing Wright’s venomous and paranoid denunciations of this country, the vast majority of Americans would walk out. Instead, Obama and his wife Michelle have presumably sat through hundreds of similar sermons.

Indeed, Obama has described Wright as his “sounding board” during the two decades he has known him. Obama has said he found religion through Wright in the 1980s and consulted him before deciding to run for president. He prayed privately with Wright before announcing his candidacy last year.

Aside from showing poor judgment, it’s difficult to imagine that Obama could be so close to Wright without agreeing with at least some of his views.

In light of Wright’s perspective, Michelle Obama’s comment that she feels proud of America for the first time makes perfect sense. (In a second iteration, she said she feels “really proud” for the first time.) Wright’s blame-America mentality also fits in neatly with many on the left who support Obama’s weak approach to national security and dealing with foreign dictators.

To date, the Obama-loving media have largely ignored the senator’s close association with Wright. The question is whether the blackout will be lifted before voters decide whether they want to entrust Obama with America’s future.

Obama's Connections

Obama's Connections With Tony Rezko

While Obama wants us to believe that he only worked for Tony Rezko for 5 hrs through his law firm, the truth shows us a very different story. As this trial moves forward, I am sure more and more will come to the surface. There are still so many unanswered questions. Maybe instead of Obama worrying about Hillary's taxes, he should be focusing on his own cover ups that he is probably hiding.

Obama's Terrorist Ties?

Just because Obama is friends with Terrorists and Racists, it doesn't mean he agrees with them. What makes you think that? He's a unifier, remember?

Obama Gets Exposed For His NAFTA Flip Flopping

Wasn't Obama just running commercials showing workers who had lost their jobs because of NAFTA? This man will say/do anything to get the vote. But on top of this lie of his, well, let's call it hiding the truth, he is not looking at the big picture about NAFTA. He is so busy putting Bill Clinton down for signing it but take a look at Mexico. If we cut our ties with Mexico they will lose 5,000,000 PLUS jobs minimum. Where do you think all those workers will go? Yep, right over the boarders. So all it does is changes one problem into another.

Obama Adviser Says Canadian Officials Misinterpreted His NAFTA Remarks
By Susan Jones
CNSNews.com Senior Editor
March 03, 2008

(CNSNews.com) - Just as a Canadian television network reported last week, an Obama campaign adviser gave the Canadian government the impression that Obama is talking tough about NAFTA on the campaign trail to win votes -- and that the Canadian government shouldn't worry about it.

A memo obtained by the Associated Press over the weekend shows how Canadian officials viewed their conversation with Sen. Barack Obama's senior economic policy adviser, Austan Goolsbee.

The memo was written by Joseph DeMora, who attended a meeting with Austan Goolsbee at the Canadian consulate in Chicago.

DeMora, summarizing the conversation with Goolsbee, wrote: "Noting anxiety among many U.S. domestic audiences about the U.S. economic outlook, Goolsbee candidly acknowledged the protectionist sentiment that has emerged, particularly in the Midwest, during the primary campaign. He cautioned that this messaging should not be taken out of context and should be viewed as more about political positioning than a clear articulation of policy plans."

Later in the memo, DeMora wrote: "As Obama continues to court the economic populist vote, particularly in upcoming contests like Ohio, we are likely to see a continuation of some of the messaging that hasn't played in Canada's favour, but this should continue to be viewed in the context in which it is delivered."

CTV, the Canadian television network, reported last week that Obama was playing both sides on NAFTA -- saying one thing publicly to please union voters in Ohio (yes, we'll renegotiate NAFTA), and something else privately (it's just campaign rhetoric) to ease Canadian concerns.

In a conversation with the Associated Press on Sunday, Goolsbee disputed DeMora's memo. He said that DeMora was not quoting him and had mischaracterized the conversation. Goolsbee specifically told the A.P. he did not use the phrase "it's more about political positioning than a clear articulation of policy plans."

However, Goolsbee admitted he did tell Canadian officials that Obama is not a protectionist. Goolsbee told the Associated Press he was trying to convey that Obama wants to strike a balance between free trade -- and labor and environmental protections.

Obama spokesman Bill Burton was also on the line when Goolsbee spoke to the Associated Press on Sunday, apparently to help Goolsbee explain what happened. Burton told the Associated Press that Goolsbee's visit to the Canadian consulate was not official -- that Goolsbee was there as a private citizen, not as an emissary from the Obama campaign.

Both Sens. Obama and Hillary Clinton have insisted they would renegotiate NAFTA to include more labor and environmental protections -- and threaten to "opt out" of the trade agreement as leverage to force a renegotiation.

Such talk does not please Canada.

When Cybercast News Service contacted the Canadian Embassy in Washington last week, a spokesman said only that the CTV report about Obama's double-speak on NAFTA was not true; that "no one has contacted our embassy or our ambassador" to discuss anything of the sort.

No mention was made at the time about the existence of the DeMora memo -- which was "widely distributed within the Canadian government," according to the Associated Press.

Tristan Landry, a spokesman for the Canadian embassy in Washington, told the Associated Press that while consulate officials reach out to U.S. presidential candidates to seek their views, "Canada does not in any way seek to interfere in U.S. electoral politics."

Sen. Barack Obama's Web site says, "Obama believes that trade with foreign nations should strengthen the American economy and create more American jobs. He will stand firm against agreements that undermine our economic security."

The Web site -- mentioning NAFTA specifically -- says Obama "believes that NAFTA and its potential were oversold to the American people. Obama will work with the leaders of Canada and Mexico to fix NAFTA so that it works for American workers." The word "fix" is used instead of "renegotiate."

However, in his last debate with Sen. Clinton -- in Ohio -- Obama used stronger language: "I will make sure we renegotiate," Obama said. "I think we should use the hammer of a potential opt-out as leverage to ensure that we actually get labor and environmental standards that are enforced."

The Obama campaign is now running a radio ad that quotes an Ohio steelworker as saying, Hillary Clinton supported NAFTA, and I lost my job because of that." The steelworker adds, "I just don't think she supports people like me."

Sen. Clinton has promised to "take a hard look at NAFTA" with the goal of renegotiating it. Just because her husband pressed for the treaty doesn't mean she supports it, she insists.

Crimes From Illegals

Watch this video and I think you will agree we need to send a clear message to these candidates. We need to do something with these illegals now.

Funny that CNN needs to let us know about Obama sneezing and the crowd cheering, but the crimes of the illegals are kept quiet.

Bloomberg Reports On Obama and Rezko

Now that Rezko's trail is beginning, more and more will come out about Obama and his dealings. There are still many unanswered questions.

If you recall during the debate and Obama threw a punch at Hillary about her sitting on the board at Walmart when he was walking the streets of Chicago. This got Hillary to then to fireback a comment about Obama and Rezko " a slum land lord".

Obama's explaination of that was that Rezko was a client who he did about 5 hrs of work for through is law firm he worked for. That was it. Obviously he lied because there is a whole lot more than just 5 hours of him woking for the man.

Obama Magic Ticket To The White House

Bar Stool Economics

Obama doesn't seem to get this concept.

Bar Stool Economics

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill
for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes,
it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that's what they decided to do. The ten men drank in
the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until on e
day, the owner threw them a curve. 'Since you are all such good customers,
he said, 'I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20. Drinks for
the ten now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our
taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for
free. But what about the other six men - the paying customers? How could
they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his 'fair share?'
They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that
from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end
up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would
be fair to reduce each man's bill by roughly the same amount, and he
proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

And so:

The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100%
savings).
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings).
The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28%savings).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% savings).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

(This breakdown is based on the actual apportionment of tax
revenue to income %tile groups)

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first
four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant, the men
began to compare their savings.

'I only got a dollar out of the $20,'declared the sixth man.
He pointed to the tenth man,' but he got $10!'

'Yeah, that's right,' exclaimed the fifth man. 'I only saved
a dollar, too. It's unfair that he got ten times more than I!'

'That's true!!' shouted the seventh man. 'Why should he get
$10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!'

'Wait a minute,' yelled the first four men in unison. 'We
didn't get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!'

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks
because he was still hurt from the beating, so the nine sat down and had
beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered
something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for
even half of the bill!

And that, boys and girls, journalists and college
professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest
taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack
them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they
might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

Obama Lies About Creating Jobs And Change~Again

Obama keeps saying he has experience and is running commercials claiming he is going to create jobs and giving his speeches about creating jobs. The people scream, cheer, and even pass out at his words.

So what has he done? What will he do? The following post was written by a voter from Illinois. Let's see what they have to say about the Media's Golden Child.

" I haven't figured out why people are defending Obama - he has no track record to speak of. He cannot even run his own state, trust me when I say this (I am from Illinois) - here is the facts - when they voted to increase income to the school system here in Illinois, he voted against that. When they voted to increase and better the health care for veterans - he voted against it. When they voted to reform health care in Illinois - he voted against it. When AMERIN power company went wild to unfreeze a rate hike (and I mean outrageous) he, the attorney general and other politicians had found a substantial donation into their bank accounts (proven fact) to the point that most of us normal Americans will never see in our life time. When he was on the floor with Senator Dick Durbin and other constituents they couldn't get federal funding programs for his own state. Wake up people and think - if he cannot not take care of his own state how do you think he will make America better?? If he cannot obtain a workable health care system in Illinois how can he make promises to the entire United States. Trust me.... Illinois is the worst state in the country in all avenues. I am not saying that Hillary would be any better but lets face it when Billy was in office this country was very good economically - people were working, gas was down in price, food prices were at a medium - it was good. And that is what matters the most.

If you want the economy to go back to the way it use to be (good) then you better at least look at Hillary. This is my prediction - whoever gets into office will have to spend their entire first term fixing what Bush has screwed up. Their health care proposal will never get off the ground. Foreign policy - neither of them will make an impact other than Hillary will have the edge just because the foreign countries really like Bill Clinton. Stop and think about this election..........

As a retired Navy veteran myself, all I have heard is lets support the troops and that they are all heroes - keep in mind that it is an all volunteer military force with the exception of the officer community which serve at the pleasure of the president and has the opportunity to resign at any give time - unlike enlisted which has a contract and not way out. My point - if we are all about taking care of our troops then why hasn't congress approved an increase across the board pay raise to equal the economy inflation???
I have not heard anything from either candidates on the military pay raise.

Think about it folks........ "CHANGE"??????? it will take over 4 years to makes things happen just because whoever is in office will spend that time cleaning up Bush mess."

Obama's Pastor's & Church Interview

He's going to unite us? can you even imagine spending 5 minutes with this man, let alone over 20 yrs!

That's right! Obama has sat and listened to his man's racist comments, for 20 yrs! He has traveled with him, he named his book after this man's speech " Audcity to Hope", he even traveled to Kenya to reach out to his fathers' Muslim roots based on this mans advice and took the film crew with him, once again because Rev. Wright told him to.

He joined Wright's so called "Church" based on Wrights advice because Wright told him it didn't look good that if he wanted to get into politics, it didn't look good if he wasn't in a church. So Obama joined this man's racist Church.

Obviously he is close with this man and looks to Wright for guidance. So you ask yourself if this is a man who you think will not be racist and will unite us? I can't even imagine how he could.

Here is a discussion about Obama's Pastor

Let's Meet Michelle Obama~Obama's Thesis

I think that from the statements that Obama`s wife has made since the start of this campaign shows she is a racist. Her comments about how Obama will "do for our people if he is president."

Also we all know that on 2 separate occasions Michelle Obama gave speeches stating "that for the first time in her adult life" she is proud of her country. Quickly all the videos of her giving this speech were replaced with videos of her saying " for the first time in my adult like I am REALLY proud of my country".

All the CNN and other media were on damage control explaining she really was talking about the government.

(You can go to our archives and revisit the speech and see what she really said.)

Who is Michelle Obama? Well she is a neo-racist black and the recipient of so much institutional generosity yet she spat back at the white establishment as veiled well-wrought criticism, but really nothing more than deep-seated unmitigated hate for whites. She has had more opportunities than most and so she needs to get over it.

The Obamas are black first and American second. We are all being fooled by this second-rate car salesman with a black agenda, not an American one...

Let's take a look at Michelle Obama's Thesis and see if this is a paper a "First Lady Of the United States" should have written.

If you think of the racist message their church is sending out and think about this paper, makes one wonder how could they focus on anything other than their "blackness" (as Michelle states)

Click Here To Read Michelle Obama's Thesis
